Katie, I got an undeliverable notice when I sent an email to your CHK address with a question about the future of the fishing tournament. Now I see a Main Page discussion which appears to indicate that you are not at CHK any more. Skip
If possible, can you find out why the FAX number (405-879-9558) for CHK's Revenue Payments/Revenue Inquiry Dept. does not work. This 405-879-9558 FAX number is given as a "Contact" number for faxing information/requests per CHK Revenue Payments...and this is the number posted on CHK Energy's Website under "Contact Us" page.
If this number no longer exists, is there another FAX number for CHK "Revenue Payments Inquiry Line?"
From my perspective, a lot of the anglers brought friends and family to the Saturday weigh in. It would be too difficult to say no to feeding them although I doubt they were covered in the modest entry fee. You might consider feeding the really good grub Thursday and Friday and having hamburgers on Saturday. LOL!
Katie, everyone did a great job at the tournament. First class all the way. My cousin and I enjoyed fishing and will be back next year. One suggestion: You need more food for Saturday Night! We were some of the anglers that didn't get fed because the food ran out. It was no big deal as we had steaks back at the camp. Thanks.
I had sent you a friend request back on the 9th. I'd like to speak with you regarding an issue we have with CHK. I've got MULTIPLE calls into them now with not one call back. The issue is this: We have a property leased to CHK in a section that CHK has drilled. We leased in 2008 and have not heard a thing since. As it turns out, I went on SONRIS the other day and discovered they've been taking the NG since 12/2008 - About 2.25 Billion Cubic Feet worth. We've not received any divdion orders or one check. This is the 2nd anniversary of production begining and according to my contract with them, they owe us that back revenue plus 12% interest per year for late payment. I also have a clause in my contract that can release us from the lease under these circumstances. I called CHK again today and told them that we have not received a call back. If you would please contact me so I can give you the details. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
We just signed a lease in the EagleFord Shale play with Chesapeake. I know everybody does everything different but I was wondering if this is correct. They didn't include any form of payment with the lease. The landman said they would mail us the checks once they get the leases back. This in not my first BBQ but this is a first for lease bonuse payment in this way. Norm they come with a bank draft. Thank for any in put you can give.
Hello! I hope the site is a place for to learn, network and contribute. My name is Keith and I started the site in June of 2008 to open up lines of communication between landowners. We now have over 10,000 members.
