Does anyone have any info on Exco’s Glorias Ranch wells in Sec. 4 and 9 of 15N-15W in Caddo Parish? Exco drilled three wells in January of last year, but I am assuming never completed them.

The wells appear to be drilled to Total Depth and Waiting On Completion.  All three had work orders approved for completion operations in mid-Nov.  The work order is good for twelve months.

You're welcome, Andy.  I hope they are good wells.

They indeed are good wells!  Exco struck gold, er NG with these 3 wells. I know the initial high production level will be throttled back in the coming months but I hope these are long-lived, for my kids sake!

The three new wells average just under 19,000 mcfd IP.  Decent but a little short of the average for their contemporary HA wells.  The #2-Alt at 16,516 mcfd brings the average down.  With eight horizontal HA wells in this section, it will be interesting to monitor the decline.  A lot of Exco units have been fully developed.  New well slots are in short supply.  Les, the current natural gas prices will more than make up for the somewhat subpar Initial Production rates.  Congratulations.
