From what I see, when they first completed the well, they pegged it at 753 BOPD and an unfavorable oil to water ratio (753 oil/1484 water). Then a few weeks later, the flow was revised to 1826 BOPD and the oil to water ratio improved dramatically (1826 oil/842 water).

OS, I'm optimistic about the 11/1 production numbers, which we should see in a week or two.

Chip,

SWD is Salt Water Disposal. All salt water has to be injected into a saltwater sand. Usually, a salt water disposal well is drilled or an abandoned oil/gas well with good casing can be used. To my knowledge it cannot be trucked to the Gulf for disposal. That just is not allowed. 

As an operator, If you don't have a SWD well then you have to rent one. That gets expensive, especially with the trucking.

There is a lot of salt water disposal in the Barnett Shale area.  Injection wells are common but there are those trying to treat the water for normal disposal.  We see water trucks all the time.  And more than one carrier has been cited for illegal disposal (dumping).  We see so many water trucks that the local roads are really getting beat up.

In the Permian Basin the most popular way to dispose of salt water is to put it in a truck, open the valve, and drive. Not legal but cost effective.

To much traffic here.  While we are close to be desert we are not.  So it would be pretty obvious.  Out there in the boonies there is a lot of open space between all those wells.

Why is Anadarko delaying the 11/1 production numbers?  They are past due and everyone else has reported them, and it's been about 45 days since the 10/1 production numbers were reported.  On 1/12, they did change the estimated potential from 753 BOPD to 1826 BOPD, which is curious.

Not sure why the delay.  I did receive my first royalty check this past week and it had numbers for both November and December,  which were both down from the October numbers posted on sonris.  I don't know the reason for decline.  Is it possible that the well was not in production for the full months due to other circumstances?  It seems to me the additon of the SWD would indicate they are in it for the long haul, but I don't know that this had anything to do with the decline.  Any thoughts?

The Dominique 27 is currently shut down due to ongoing work to repair collapsed tubing.  Apparently a rig has been on the location for several weeks working on it.  Not sure how long this would normally take, but hope it is back up soon.

The tubing collapsed in the vertical line.  It has been repaired and replaced with a thicker tubing and the well starting pumping mud yesterday, which should last for 4-5 days.  Once the mud is out, hopefully the well will get back into production.

I have been told that flow test started yesterday and it is getting about 25 barrels of oil per hour and they think it will improve after

 all mud cleaned out...... Frankie
