I thought the attached G-1 and G-5 would be interesting to some folks.  G-1 has the completion information - looks like acid fracs and therfore the target is the limestone formations.

24 hour production is 479 bbl of 42.8 API gravity condensate or oil.  1179 bbls of water with that.  Note this is a vertical completion across multiple, thick zones.

Maybe I need to get Joe Aldrige to look at this, but it looks more like what he describes as TMS rather than Eagle Ford Shale.  Any other thoughts?

New Scan rig moving in by lovelady school for SEM. So that's 3 rigs in southwest HC. Also spoke with an EOG landman. They are leasing up what they can around this area. Said it's bout to get hot.

Have heard from a reliable source that EOG interest might extend to crockett itself and that both treadstone and interstate were selling from acreage.  Recent Dan Ackley well test was not great.

Small operate trying to permit a well on the national forests south of Kennard.  Probably an oil target at 2000 feet.

Dbob I've noticed lots of the wells around this area are installing pumpjacks. Have always heard different things about if that's a good thing or bad.

I asked the landman about EOG to the east of Lovelady towards Pennington and he said they plan on staying on the west side of Hwy 19. Thanks for your updates

I flew over the NEW DRILL PAD SITE on Wednesday, 23APR14, and took several photographs about 800 above the surface. This NEW PAD is 3.56 miles NNE of the TX19 & FM1280 flashing light in 'Downtown Lovelady, TX'. I will fly same again either Today, Monday or Tuesday 27-29APR and take progress photos. You can not see this activity from public roads - only from a low slow flying aircraft. Regards, Snoopy

Have a look-see of our OneOK pipeline ROW post-installation site surface restoration work progress. The fresh plowed and seeded area is 60'-75' wide by about 4,300 foot long. As land owners, this is what we do after a pipeline finishes up. It costs!

This site is west of Friday,TX east of Holly, TX on FM1280 behind Hank Adams' place. Snoopy

Thank you for the photos Snoopy.

Snoopy, dbob, Lucky347 or others-

Is this pad for SEM Operating Company's Hanson 1H?

Yes
So that was you flying over Lovelady wednesday. Lol me and my neighbor was watching you.

Wonder why they couldn't have just came off that other lease road for the new pad. Scan Spirit is the rig. They should be spudding in in the next few days. Thanks for the pics

What are pipelines for? oil or gas or both. For present production or future production? Seems like things are really heating up. I sure do hope so.

Lucky347, Which site (and County) are we talking about? Scan Spirit has been on Anadarko locations in Panola County for over a year so I'm surprised to see it popping up over here. Not doubting... just surprised.

They have moved into Houston Co. on the Hanson#1H for Sequiture Energy. Just north of the Lovelady school bout 3 miles.

May 1, 2014. Aerial progress photos taken today of Hanson 1H well site, 3.5 miles NNE of intersection TX19 & FM1280, Lovelady, Houston County, TX.

Weather permitting, I will try to post weekly aerial photos of Hanson 1H and others (?) to this and Trinity County blog.   Snoopy
