Jr, you must be referring to Enbridge's new LaCrosse Pipeline.

They have just about finish survery on a proposal route. You can drive out to hagewood as you cross the bridge you can see the flags in the pasture. Pink flags but this is not a sure thing just yet. Only a proposal route. And it is the Enbridge Lacrosse pipeline
what does this mean for areas around Golddonna
If this is the same Hagewood that is also known as Coldwater, that would be about 4 miles west of I49 on Hwy 6. This doesn't make much sense with the new compressor station on the Campti cut-off. How could these two projects be connected at all?
Not sure if they are connected. But yes also known as coldwater. They are crossing on a small part of my land. If they go with the propose route. And have seen the proposal route map.
Is anyone else with property along the TGP Carthage to Natchitoches line going through "expedited" property condemnation by Acadian for the 42" pipeline. I was given 10 days to respond to a bushel of legal questions by the judges order.

This is a combination survey right and property condemnation.

We need to organize to stop these thugs.

Help!
Steve they are surveying on me now and I sure would like to hear more about their dealings with you. I was told that they were starting in Desoto parish and Enbridge who also wants to follow TGP starts in Carthage.
What are they offering you . they just finished surveying our property for this .
I feel for you good people we are being threatened with condemnation fron energy transfer for tiger pipe line in desoto parish and were given 7 days to respond with a low ball offer hang tough.
The initial offer was under $200 per rod for the ROW and about the same for damages. Acadian (Enterprise) recently responded and wants a meeting. We will see what happens. I think they realized if they do not make a good faith offer they do not have emenient domain rights to take property.

I think pipelines in many cases are worse investments that Enron Stock. MY grandfather was paid 1 dollar a rod in 1947 for the TGP Row. One pine tree would have paid for that.
GOING RATES FOR 42 INCH INTERSTATE PIPELINES ARE 800 AROD FOR ONE LINE AND 1000 FOR MULTPLE LINES FOLKS.
Is the $800 for ROW only or does that include damages?
