Thanks Skip! exciting or just ?? seems that the old production on these were just ok right? i will have to look up that old production to see. . any thoughts on what they should pay for ROW for a pipeline said to be not transmission .. but interlease transport?

D, I am rarely involved with rights-of-way.  If the footage is significant I suggest you consult an experienced local O&G attorney.  XTO has been drilling Gray Sand wells in that area for years so they must be economic.  I have not looked at the production history.

thx
