If by "our area" you mean Northwood Hills, I have not heard of any offers other than a meeting a couple of weeks ago at Creamer's Furniture where a Chesapeake landman offered $18,000 an acre and a 25% royalty for a landowners within 5 miles of S'port/Blanchard Hwy. that have "premium" rated land. I have not seen the map used to assess the desirability of land, so I can't tell you if we fall into the "premium" rated areas.
