I am a local attorney.

I have done work in the oil and gas area in the past. I am located in Northwood Hills subdivision. I would like to hear from folks in the North Shreveport and Blanchard areas.

I encourage everyone in North Shreveport/Blanchard to join the North Park Estates Homeowners Association. The site is http://www.northparkestates.net. It won't cost you anything to join or participate. It appears we will have several members (CPA, attorneys, landmen, etc.) who will be able to pool their knowledge and get the fairest offer possible for the members' mineral rights.

They are still in the building process;they sent out a survey of what would we be willing to pay... a flat fee, % of bonus, % of royalty...etc...
A flat free was the winner.How much? haven't got to that yet.... nothing is binding, so I'm just covering all the bases by signing up.
