In order to help a NW LA mineral owner who has been denied the opportunity to fully benefit from their Haynesville Shale acreage, I am asking the members for their assistance. I need to document lease bonuses greater than $10,000 per acre paid in 2008 between May and September. Documentation may take the form of a check stub, bank draft, cover letter, letter agreement, email or correspondence on the letterhead of the company that offered the lease. Documentation of royalty greater than 25% would be very helpful also.
Those wishing to remain anonymous may do so and all personal information can be redacted. For those that are willing to make their personal information available to assist in supporting the value of the minerals in question, an executed affidavit is all that is needed. It’s not often that an opportunity comes along to help fellow GoHaynesvilleShale.com members get what they rightly deserve. So many who were taken advantage of may never get that chance.
I keep my personal page set as “private” so only those who are my “friends” may access it. If you are not already one of my 762 "friends" and would like to help, send me a friend request. I do not “approve” comments on my personal page so even my “friends” with access to my page can not view them. You will find my off-site email address on my page and you can choose to email me or communicate with me by leaving a comment on my personal page. I promise to protect the identity of those who may choose to help. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Skip, I just don't know where to put this question. Because our lease is in Red River I put it here. Of our total acreage our lease is only paying to us a portion of it. We are along/in proximity of the Red River. There are property owners that have a lease but are in contention of who owns the minerals for payment. Our property is not in contention, but the state is holding a large amount of it along with other owners not next to our property. I hope this not so well explained situation is clear to maybe give me some insight on the outcome of our minerals. How long is reasonable for the state to hold payments in these types of situation. This has been ongoing for a few years and no results. This involves approximately 40 acres of minerals, so substantial money being with held, especially a two well. Thank you for any thoughts on this matter.
There were long standing conflicts of ownership along the Red River in a number of Haynesville shale units. I had not heard of any in some years. What is the section-township-range?
We are in T11NR9W. We are not in a conflict with anybody. There are several other ownerships that are in conflict. I was wondering how long the state may hold our acreage drilling money. I'm now 81 and want to help Grand Children with college expenses. Any word would be good.
I would need a section in addition to the township and range. Do you have a unit survey?
Property 250119978278, LGR 22-15-10-11-9, Operator 1708121731. HC1, Property 2501200661. I hope this enough information to help identify our land and lease. Thank you!
