Please only post offers you have PERSONALLY RECEIVED. I've read the other Lease bonus discussion and there is a great deal of gossip and "social networking." To make this post effective for owners who have received lease offers, PLEASE STICK TO THE FACTS. Please don't post any "I was told", i.e., hearsay/gossip you heard from someone else. Please limit offers to natural gas lease offers in North Caddo area. Include terms of lease and your acreage.

I'll start. Chesapeake offered $1500 per acre, 25% royalty, 5 year term on my land in T19N, R14W, Sec. 33 & T18N, R14W, Sec. 4. Roughly 2 acres. Landman was Ricky McClelland. I am waiting to hear back from several companies, and I will post their offers as received. Also, several hundred acres (minimum) in T 19 N, R 15 W, Sections 25-27 & 34-36 forming "North Park Estates Neighborhood Association" land of numerous landowners.

Hope I didn't upset anyone, but I think more people than not reading this will agree with my proposal.

How many acres?
Roughly 2 acres of personal land. Several hundred acres (minimum) in my neighborhood association.

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
