In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of) nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…

The minerals I have are just East of Dotson; off 1971; we (myself and few other owners under the acreage) have about 478 acres unleased at this time in that area. We are in the Moorman; English; Taylor surveys) Be nice if our acreages join us to make a better deal for an operator but I think you are further east. I got contact few weeks ago from Charles Green working with Capston looking to lease but have not heard back. Any idea what terms may be talked about now? Do not have much time to work on it.

I am a Petroleum landman out of Dallas. I noticed that you had made a post inquiring about current leasing in Panola County.
If you could drop me an email at Austin.Eudaly@gmail.com, or give me a call at (817) 683-4777, I would be more than happy to take a look at your acreage. I am currently trying to acquire acreage for several operators in the Haynesville Shale.
