Are you in 10 ?
Yes Mr. Ken
NUDOG AND Ken,
Are you referring to 10 in T8N, R13W? Is this the site being cleared on the west side of #171 across from the garbage dump? I also am in Section 10 if this is the same township and range. I also am unleased but have been approached. I would also find the answer to your question very informative.
Thanks
Sister Suzie
I am in 4 and have a pretty decent offer, they're coming nudog. I think we will be in comstock units shortly.
Thanks Ken!! I just thought before the state issued the permit the drilling company had to give everyone a chance to lease or notice to be force pooled. I have talked to neighbors and everyone is just as suprised as I am.
Sistersuzie, who representing comstock talked to you?
Ken, a landman with a company, which I have fogotten the name of, out of Monroe. Is this the same company making the contacts in 4?
IT IS. Sorry it took me so long to answer.
Ken, do you mind sharing what your offer is from Comstock ?
ICEMAN, I have the services from an attorney in alexandria helping me and theres some things impotant to me in contract language....when i'm complete i'll let you know what happened.
Nudog, even though the following well has a surface location in Section 10, the well is proposed to be completed and produced from Section 3. I have attached the well plat for information. All of Section 3 appears to held by two timber companies and I assume Comstock will be unitizing in the near future.

Comstock, Sustainable Forests 3 Hz #H1 Well, Serial #240372, S10(3)-T8N-R13W
