Think LONG and HARD before you sell any of your minerals, especially if you have not yet received any royalties.
If you haven't received royalties yet, it is hard to imagine just how substantial they can be. It can end up being life changing.
Hang in there if you can. If you are not close to bankruptcy or losing your home, try to wait. It looks like things are really heating up in Sabine and the whole play in general. Prices are also up.
I spoke to a lady about 6 months ago who was contemplating selling due to lossing her job. She was able to hold on and is very happy now.
