Leasing in Section 36

I have porperty in sec. 36. Are there any leasing being done in this section or anywhere in Red River Parish. It's a well site just below my house, but it just so happen to be just out of my section. A pipeline is also coming thru on shaw's place but not on mine or any of my neighbors who happen to be of another race. Ummm.... makes you wonder????? Mrs Sunshine

Mrs. Sunshine, there are number of Secton 36s in Red River Parish. It is helpful to post the township and range also if you are looking for specific information based on location. E&P companies and pipeline companies do not plot the path of their rights-of-way based on the race of the landowners.

Why don't you run for congress? If you get elected maybe you can level the playing field with laws to confiscate and redistribute private property. Then you can get your fair share.

Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
