Jim,
I got your back (like you need it).
Wiley,
I have run across many a roughneck (and redneck) in my life. Its never made a whole Hell of a lot of difference in my life, either. And by the way, my grandfather and my father were both roughnecks, but neither one of them claimed to be geologists. But they were damn good roughnecks. And I probably fit into the "crazy people" category.
Mr. Redneck,
By the way, you keep talking about everyone else hiding behind a computer, what about you being from "the great USA"? (on your site). I think my page tells where I am from. You are the one hiding behind your computer. But I could care less where you are from, it would just make me not want to go there and have to possibly listen to your disgusting drivel. And it may be a fine place. I bet they are proud of you.
Billy Bob Redneck,

You state that you WERE a mud engineer. Did you by chance get a new job as a maintenance man? Just curious.
KB,
With his attitude, there may be more Jims than you can shake a stick at.
TO NO ONE IN PARTICULAR,

When Jay and Jim are in agreement, what more is there to ask.

Some of you are all over Jay and Jim and they are both just trying to share their expertise. You ask and ask and then when you are told something that you do not like you want to kill the messenger.

Is it any wonder that sometimes they get aggravated?

Can't we just all go kick some AIG.
Parker, maybe with deer season fast approaching they will find something better to do with their time than argue and ridicules each other.
pawpaw,
You are right, except I want to go chase some quail in Texas. I am sorry, but I do not mean to just argue. But the shale is where it is, and it ain't where it ain't. And I do not think it is good idea to mislead people and give them false hopes. A lot of people will make good money on wells that are not in the shale, and if I was one of them I would be happy.
BirdDawg, come on down for some of the Texas quail. Just hope Ike didn't blow them all the way to North Louisiana (around Ruston) My Bull Dogs might make a mess of them. I haven't been to our place in Dimmit County since the Hurricane but when I was there in August we saw several coveys. Keep on telling it like you see it!!!
papaw,

I know I am about up to my eye balls in the frustration department. We all need to blow off a little steam. The only problem is that we are blowing it off at each other.

No one is always going to put things in a way that someone is not going to get offended. I sure wish that I could do a better job most of the time myself.

There has been so many rumors and innuendo that no one knows what to believe anymore. The present state of our economy also has us all in limbo as to what tomorrow will bring.

We all want the same thing here to find out as much information that we can. I am sorry but I get upset when the some people get attacked every time they post something.

Everyone have a good night and don't take it personal. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. I like Jim's idea from another discussion, maybe we can all join together and form a bank holding company, then none of us would have to worry about haynesville shale or anything else.

And some deer sausage sounds good. Thanks for the breakfast idea.
Parker and members,
A very good message and a positive suggestion I joined this group because I want to learn as much as possible for my siblings. Until we learn otherwise about our properties we are all in the same boat. Since joining this group I have learned more about Haynesville Shale than I thought possible and I appreciate the knowledgeable members in this group for their patience and time.

I am a moderator to a few groups on the Internet and I learned no matter what you do or say you cannot please every one. Find what pleases you and hold tight to it. That's all I have for now.
I would say that you give very good advice Rozzy!
