henry--true the width of ROW 30' vs. 50' ; single pipe vs. two pipes important in price paid but as the size of pipe increases so does the $ they will paid per rod. All of these go hand in hand on price paid. Yes I agree you want to have attorney review ROW terms.
And, I suspect the ROW gets wider as the size of the pipeline increases...
henry-yes but I think from 24"-42" requires (or that what they want) a 50' easement so pipe size then dominates price from 24-42"
Originally Tiger wanted a 60' perm ROW for their 42" but FERC limited them to 50' for environmental impact reasons.
listen to Henry. you will live with the terms of the pipeline agreement for some time.
best to reduce the trauma, from the beginning.
