Owned by Larry Dale, who has made several fortunes in various plays over the years.  Most of his notoriety has been as a leasing agent on behalf of Chesapeake in the portions of shale plays underlying urban areas.

Presumably, his technical team has advised him that there is something interesting going on under your tract.  You should ask them why they are interested and see what they say.  It may be useful information for you and other mineral owners on the site.
