XTO Energy will drill the Clarke Gas Unit 28 to 12,800 feet in Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field 5.4 miles southeast of Teague in J. Lawrence Survey, A-364.

XTO Energy will drill in Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field. Henderson Gas 37 will be five miles southeast of Teague in J. Lawrence Survey, A-364, at 12,600 feet and Irvin Gas 18 will be 3.6 miles southeast of Teague in J. Strickland Survey, A-551, at 11,300 feet.

Gregg County

Protho 1R will be drilled .35-mile south of Kilgore in East Texas Field. Miken Oil will drill 4,000 feet in the N. Van Winkle Survey, A-208.

Houston County

A Wildcat Field will see Burk Royalty drill Bray 1 to 13,000 feet in F. Perez Survey, A-63, located 4.5 miles southwest of Lovelady. It may also be drilled in Fort Trinidad (Edwards), Fort Trinidad, East (Georgetown), Fort Trinidad, East (Buda), Fort Trinidad (Buda) or Fort Trinidad (Glen Rose) fields.

Marty Hyde 1 will be drilled 13.1 miles southwest of Lovelady in a Wildcat Field by Navidad Resources to 12,500 feet in C. Richards Survey, A-866.

Johnson County

XTO Energy will drill in East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. The wells will bottom at 12,000 feet in the J.F. Salas Survey, A-760. Lewis D 7H and D 8H will be drilled 5 miles northwest of Alvarado.

Quicksilver Resources will drill Charca Hanger 2H to 9,000 feet in East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field 3.6 miles southwest of Godley in W. Richey Survey, A-1010.

Leon County

Lewis "B" 23 will be drilled 7.2 miles west of Jewett in Farrar (Cotton Valley Lime) Field to 15,000 feet by Valence. It will be in M.C. Rejon Survey, A-19. This well may also be drilled in Farrar, Southeast (Pettit) Field or Farrar (Travis Peak) Field.

EnCana Oil & Gas will drill Gresham Trust 1H to 15,500 feet in a Wildcat Field 5.9 miles west of Centerville in J.M. Hallmark Survey, A-339.

Limestone County

Gilliam B1 Gas Well 23 will be drilled 12.8 miles northeast of Groesbeck by XTO. It will hit 13,400 feet in J. Chavert Survey, A-4 in Freestone (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field.

Nacogdoches County

Nacogdoches Field will see Chireno Nacogdoches SWD 1 drilled 15.5 miles southeast of Nacogdoches. Chireno Disposal will drill to 6,700 feet in J.M. Mora Survey, A-827.

Panola County

Anadarko will drill Frost Lumber 4H to 12,000 feet, 9.8 miles southeast of Carthage in Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. It will lie in J. Strickland Survey, A-820.

Werner-Micher 8H will be drilled 3.7 miles northwest of Joaquin in Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field to13,500 feet by Classic Operating and will lie in M. Carpenter Survey, A-921.

San Augustine County

Six miles northeast of Chireno in Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field, Watson 1H will be drilled by Exco Operating to bottom at 15,000 feet in H.E. Watson Survey, A-368.

Tarrant County

East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field will see Chesapeake drill five wells to 9,000 feet. BMX Cook 3H will be drilled in Fort Worth in T. Akers Survey, A-25. Rock Creek D7H will be drilled 13.4 miles southwest of Fort Worth in J.H. Albirado Survey, A-4. Joe Pool Gee Unit 2H and 4H will be drilled 3.8 miles north of Britton in J.C. Survey, A-43. Westwind Unit Tar 1H will be drilled in Fort Worth in Covington, H Hrs. Survey, A-256. The White C Well No.2H will be drilled in Arlington in W.W. Warnell, A-1612.

Quicksilver will drill East Village Creek 7H in East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field to 9,000-feet in R. Brown Survey, A-150, located .26-mile south of Fort Worth.

Wood County

Foster, Mary Lou 2 will be drilled 3.9 miles northeast of Yantis in Yantis (Hill Zone) Field. This well will bottom at 8,500 feet by Valence in J. Walker Survey, A-607. The well may be drilled in Yantis (Rodessa) or Yantis (Heard Zone) fields.

XTO Energy drilled W.H. Dal Gas Well 10H 1.5 miles southwest of Fairfield to 14,175 feet in Teague Field. Production is in Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.

Harrison County

Taylor "A" 23H was drilled three miles southwest of Waskom in Carthage Field. Devon Energy drilled 16,674 feet. On a 18/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 5.133 million cubic feet of gas in Haynesville Shale.

Henderson County

Hudnall-Meyers 1 is eight miles southeast of Brownsboro in Martha Jo Field. Randall Exploration drilled to 10,960 feet. This well flowed with four barrels of crude (no choke size recorded). Production is in Travis Peak.

Jasper County

Rayburn Oil 2 Well 1 is 15.8 miles northwest of Jasper in Brookeland Field. Radius Operating drilled to 13,167 feet. The well was gauged on a 64/64-inch choke and flowed with 23 barrels of crude. Production is in Austin Chalk, 8800.

Johnson County

East Newark Field has seen Chesapeake Operating complete three wells.

  Little Hoss 7 Well B1H is 14.3 miles northwest of Cleburne at 10,272-feet. On a 1-inch choke, it potentialed 1.648 million cubic feet of gas.

  Little Hoss 7 H2H is 14.1 miles northwest of Cleburne at 10,522 feet. On 0.75-inch choke, it potentialed 2.180 million cubic feet of gas.

  Cordelia 9H is 9.2 miles north of Cleburne at 10,415 feet and potentialed 1.730 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

East Newark Field has seen EOG Resources drill two wells.

  Beasley 3H is 2.5 miles northwest of Godley at 11,413 feet and potentialed 1.953 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke.

  Southard Farms 8H is five miles northwest of Joshua at 10,570 feet and potentialed 3.747 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.

Leon County

Little 4 Ranch-State Unit 1 is 3.9 miles northwest of Wealthy at 18,151 feet. EnCana Oil & Gas drilled in Hilltop Resort Field. On a 18/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 3.559 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in Bossier.

In a lease 7.3 miles southeast of Normangee in Hilltop Resort, Gastar Wildman Trust No. 3 Well 6H has been completed by Gastar Exploration. It bottoms at 13,171 feet and flowed with 77 barrels of crude when on a 48/64-inch choke. Production is in Glen Rose 8498.

Limestone County

Gibson 1 is located 15.4 miles southeast of Groesbeck at of 13,500 feet. XTO Energy completed this well in the Farrar Field. On a 48/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 266,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in Travis Peak.

Panola County

Anadarko completed CGU 33 Well 14 in Carthage Field 0.98-mile northeast of Carthage to 9,732 feet. On a 26/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 1.134 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in Cotton Valley.

Panola Delvelopment Well 5 has been completed by Glassell Producing to 9,850 feet eight miles northeast of Carthage in Carthage Field. On adjustable choke, it potentilaed 812,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in Travis Peak.

Rusk County

On a 20/64-inch choke, Bath Unit 1 potentialed 370,000 cubic feet of gas. Valence completed drilled to 10,600 feet in Oak Hill Field. Production is in Travis Peak.

Forest Oil Corp. drilled Galan White Gas Unit Well No.6C to 12,050 feet, 5.8 miles northwest of Henderson in East Henderson Field. On a 16/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 214,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in Cotton Valley.

San Augustine County

Sunrise Gas Unit 1H is located 3.4 miles southeast of San Augustine in Carthage Field. EOG Resources drilled to 18,608 feet. This well potentialed 12.164 million cubic feet of gas on a 18/64-inch choke. Production is in Haynesville Shale.

Shelby County

Hawkeyes DU 1H is 8.7 miles south of Center in Carthage Field. XTO Energy drilled to 17,716-feet. On 16/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 7.110 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in Haynesville Shale.

On 16/64-inch choke, the Cyclones DU Well 1H potentialed 6.550 million cubic feet of gas. This well was completed 8.7 miles south of Center by XTO in the Carthage Field to 18,864 feet. Production is in Haynesville Shale.

Chesapeake drilled the Samford Well 1H in Carthage Field, 3.87 miles south from Center to 16,568 feet. On a 16/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 9.553 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in Haynesville Shale.

Smith County

Griffin Operating drilled Manson Mary Lou Well 1 in Winona Field, four miles northwest of Winona to 8,000 feet. The well flowed with 150 barrels of crude. No choke was size recorded. Production is in the Paluxy A.

Tarrant County

Amon G Carter 1H is 2.4 miles west from Saginaw in East Newark. XTO drilled to 12,238 feet. On 64/64-inch choke, it potentialed 2.969 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in Barnett Shale.

Chesapeake drilled five wells in East Newark Field.

  Greenbriar 1H is in Fort Worth at 12,488 feet. On 0.75-inch choke, it potentialed 4.151 million cubic feet of gas.

  Karmali 1H is in Fort Worth at 12,763 feet and potentialed 3.707 million cubic feet of gas on 0.75-inch choke.

  Ridglea South 1H is in Fort Worth with at 9,750 feet and potentialed 4.895 million cubic feet of gas on 0.75-inch choke.

  Snow Well 1H is in Haltom City at 9,829 feet and potentialed 3.145 million cubic feet of gas on a 0.75-inch choke.
