I have a well in Sec 6 T9 R11W. I received a application today to drill a subustitute well naming it La Minerals 6#1.

Does this mean they will be drilling another well in my section.

Sure, surface location in S31-10N-11W, sorry I missed it.  SWEPI received a field order for a unit well location.  They then varied that location slightly, As Drilled.  Therefore they must get the state to recognize the new location.
