Received 1099 from Shell.
Can anyone explain why I have to pay for Shell's revenue?
Received 1099 today Gross $ 6228.40
Rev Deductions $1936.86
Severance $95.99
The net amount I received into my account for 2013 was $ 4195.55 , which is the left after I subtract the $1936.86 & 95.99.
I only received $4195.55, yet they are reporting $6228.40.
Does this seem…

I have a well in Sec 6 T9 R11W. I received a application today to drill a subustitute well naming it La Minerals 6#1.
Does this mean they will be drilling another well in my section.

If there are initials or some other mark on the survey stakes, you may be able to ask a local surveyor if they can identify who's doing the survey. I know in the surveys that I have had done in Bossier there is usually some type of identifying marker on the stakes.
