What does it mean when a well goes from Test Casing to Well Potentialed status?

The well is located in 8891 and serial is 246285 if that helps any?

Janet, the well has been completed and the state has conducted the potential test.  After the test a well is usually Turned To Sales meaning that it is flowing through the meter and into the transportation system and to a buyer.  The next report on the SONRIS Lite well file should be the IP (Initial Production) Report which will describe the volume and type of hydrocarbons being produced along with any other liquids (water) and the pressures and choke size for the flow.  Royalty payments should follow a few months later.
