Harvey & Baron - what do you think these guys could be doing differently that would help this process? When it's my turn, I don't want to find out that my business is being handled by someone who isn't fully educated about this. But I recognize they are part of the process and are needed. Apparently, more folks are needed, but how can they make sure to avoid mistakes? And how do less experienced l/o, m/o know when they're being given expert treatment and accurate information? Thanks
