Production from several of my wells in northeast San Augustine County has increased - dramatically - as of December 24, 2024. Is this likely to be simply a seasonal fluctuation, or is it perhaps an effect of the November 2024 election?

Willis, the election had zero to do with any O&G production or price. Regulations governing O&G activity are state regulations, not federal regulations. Federal regulations pertain to emissions/pollution but have nothing to do with the price of oil, gasoline or natural gas. Those prices are all based on supply and demand which it totally out of the control of the federal government. Question - if federal regulations had an impact on O&G activity, how did production sets records in 2023 and then break those records in 2024. Drill, Baby, Drill and American Energy Emergency are political mumbo jumbo with no basis in fact.
There could be a number of reasons behind significant increases in production volume but without some information as to well names, operator or specific location such as survey or unit name, any response would simply be a guess.
