Connell, I assume you are referring to the following unit. There has not been a well permit yet.

S12-T15N-R14W, HA RB SU85 Unit, EnCana, Caspiana Field, De Soto Parish

i am looking at a map that shows it between HA RA SU84 on the west and HA RA SU73 on the east...but the maps shows R15W in the at the top. And directly above it is HA RA SUG...my map must be wrong...

Scan your map and post. That or provide some information, at least the correct field, maybe a order or docket #.

Encana is simply adding more HA units. Units will not read left to right, they are lettered (then numbered when the run out of letters, starts with SUA, SUB,...SUZ, SUAA..SUZZ, SU1....and so on) in the order they are applied for. SUA may be in section3 and SUB may be in a whole other township. Each field has its own set of units, there can be a HA RA SUA in many different fields. Notice your field is Caspiana.

You can check SONRIS to see what permits are filed. Many times a company will wait till the units are approved before filing for a permit.

Was this a recent untization letter you received? I am in Section 13, which is immediately south of Section 12. The last notice I received was a few months ago and would like to know if the notice you received was recent. Thank you.
