I found 6 producing wells, and 1 shut-in well within the section of Stanley. The production of the wells is being worked by Coronado, but when cross referencing their contact information, I came across ElPaso. While I did not find any flags for Coronado, ElPaso has numerous violations, most recent being Audit discrepancies. I find no JV of the two companies, so if you have an interest in that area, you may want to research both companies.
we are in sec 20-t-11-r-15
The information I posted, was for the Stanley area. Since you are slightly south of the are I searched, the information is different. The only active well I can locate in your immediate area is a well being worked by Benchmark (Insignia). As of last report (5-30-05), the well is waiting on pipeline. This is a just a generalized response, as I have not done a more in-depth research.
Looks like you are a little south of us, if I'm reading my map right. We are about 1/2 mile S on east side of Mills Rd. We live in TX. Would love it if you'd keep us up on activity there. My Aunt got a call about someone wanting ROW for a pipeline. I don't know who contacted her. Thanks!
kay53,
i will let you know if i hear anything, we are just south of mills rd. also. i don't know who you have been approached with in the past, but, i know CHK and Petrohawk still seem interested in the general area.
My Dad, Uncle & Aunt (Parker/Roberts descendents) leased in Dec 2005 with Pan American Operating Inc. for 3 yrs with 2 year option. Are they still in the area or do you know if they are part of another company? Thanks all!! Kay

I have seen some things going on that might say something might be in the works , but not sure , they maybe going to pool sec -20 , some didnt sighn in 2005 and 2006 when the sec was leased, not sure how that is playing out now
I was told that panamerican sold its leases to chesapeake , we are leased to panamerican also and it will be a good thing if chesapeake did buy the leases
