I'm looking for a group in Section 3 and surrounding areas. We have been offered $8500 per acre and told it was the maximum, but people in surrounding areas have been offered $20,000 per acre. Should we believe that $8500 is the max and sign now or wait?

Hi everyone from Princeton/W. Haughton area. Sorry it took so long to reply, but since my post I have become the coordinator for our area. So far, the sign on bonus has increased to $15,000 which has been officially confirmed.
There will be a meeting with the group for this area at the Bellpark Church on Hwy 157, just 8 miles north of Hwy 80 at 6pm. Look for the yellow and red sign. Bring your property description off of your deed or tax postcard so we can determine what section you are in.
Go to E80oilandgas.com for all current information. You will find my email address on it.

The date of the E80 meeting at Bellpark Church is Sat., Aug 9 at 6pm.
I own 330 acres in and around Bellevue oilfield on highway 528. Would this be to far out for your organization
If you haven't already joined, please go to wwwEast80oilandgas.com and contact the Pres. or Vice Pres. of the coalition.
Hi Lisa
Just read your post. Are you saying that you have a confirmed offer from an O&G company for 15,000.00 an acre or is that what the group is going to ask for ?
Hey Lisa, I talked to you yesterday... Have you got in touch w/your relative yet???
I also talked to Eric and he helped me out alot.Real nice guy... I also herd there was a meeting for the Lake Bist. area. Don't know the time or date!! (Maybe someone can help me out!!!). Anyway I will be going to the meeting tonight thanks for all your help you and Eric are great!!! Sec.10 T18N R11W
Yes, I was at Bellpark passing out question cards and helping at the table. Sunday we were at VFW in Bossier and tonight Aug. 11 we will be at Sunlight Baptist Church on Winfield Road between Wafer and Bellvue at 6pm. There was a member of our family there last night who is prominent in governmental affairs in Shreveport and Baton Rouge and she had a load of questions typed up to ask Eric. She said when he got through speaking, all of her questions were answered and she encouraged her aunts and uncles to sign with E80. People can go online to E80oilandgas.com and sign the non-binding letter of intent and give your section and range to plot on our map. Hopefully very soon the frequently asked questions will be on the website. Thanks for all your support.
Nikko, I'm sorry, but what was your question about that I should ask my relative? I'm getting on Q & A overload and need reminders. You can reply to my email address. Thanks
