audubon was reprensenting shell (swepi)/encana. are they still? what have they offered?

How much more percentage wise did you feel you got from using an attorney?

we also live between many and zwolle on hwy. 1216, we have been offered 1000 and are very confused over what we should hold out for. seems we can find out nothing on the blog about sabine. we hear there is a good well in the "big woods", south sabine and pleasant hill. do you know anything? thanks!

Did you take it from the road?

Well its probably ok...especially if it was from the road...lets leave it. Keep taking them.

If you turn in at the Oil Well Road (it is the one by the compressor, the gate is open) head down this road until it tees. If you turn left it takes you to the Olympia well site on the Walsh Rd., turn right at the tee, pipeline will cross the road and the tie in is on your left. There is a metering station (I think that is what it is)and one end of pipe is not completely buried along with a full joint not tied in at all.
