Hey William , I know a couple of families down your way , Jan Nelson "Passed 06-07" and Tim Weaver. I worked with Jan for many years , he was a retired bricklayer by trade and was retired from the City of Shreveport when he passed away Jan was a hard working man and would help anyone. His wife lives on Fountainbleau at the present. Tim Weaver PE was an engineer with the city and is now with Caddo Parish Engineering. He is a nice guy. Very professional. I own property off of Baron Rd but have not signed anything to date. Our highest bid was from Petrohawk at $15K and 25% NSO . Chesapeake should be bidding soon. I hired a petroleum attorney for this property but may negotiate myself with properties in N Caddo Bossier & Harrison Cty. It depends on what he gets me. At $250.00/hr I hope its pretty good. I heard that your area got some nice bids through a local attorney who may reside out your way. If my attorney does not get me what I expect I would like to hire the one in your area if I could find out his contact information. Please let me know if you ever met any of the above residents. Jed

Jed, Yes I knew both Jan and Tim. Tim and I graduated from Woodlawn. I used a close personal friend to advise our group when we were negotiating and signed. I will ask him if he is taking on more clients - but he has indicated that he is booked for a while. WJB
