Hello! I hope the site is a place for you to learn, network and contribute. My name is Keith and I started the site in June of 2008 to open up lines of communication between landowners. Since then, we have grown to over 10,000 members.

John, unfortunately there is no easy or one stop shop for determining your ownership interest in a mineral tract.  The only way to accomplish that task is to do the research yourself or have someone who is a professional do it for you.  If you decide you wish to attempt it yourself, there will be a number of members who will help you know how to proceed.  If you wish to hire someone to perform the research and give you a title report, let me know and I will refer you to a qualified landman.  Good Luck.
