I am trying to find out about Unitization. Have the laws changed and now everyone is covered by the Unitization Act? Back "in the day" I was told that if you land was not registered with the Unitization Act you could only draw royalties if there was an actual well on your property. Has that changed?
Thanks for any info you have. My property was not included in the UA back in the early to mid 1900's.

I got a notice that you added me as a friend. I went to make sure it was you before accepting & I found Deep South instead. Is that you? Deep South doesn't show up in the member's search.
