Charlie Duke,
Are you 4 miles North East of the Kardell? Do you mind telling us which survey?
approx 4 miles ENE in White Rock community. Don't know the survey, I'll look, it that info on the lease? I did see DLM trucks out here a lot. They covered Hwy 353 all the way from SA town East NE to FM 2785 which missed me by 1/4 mile. Did not get to me....yet??

I can't add anything constructive. I saw a copy of it in Hemphill and made a note. It is interesting...
EnCana
Encana? lost the trail here
ogmladvisor, are you saying that Ivory assigned the leases to Encana? If so, that IS interesting.

Or, are you reminding us that you said Encana would make the first move south? I didn't forget...
I didn't spend any time looking at it. Just made a note of book and page so I could look when time permitted, being focused at the time on my own minerals. I was asking if Encana picked up these leases... do you know? We appreciate it when you answer with something that educates us a little. Making fun of landowners because they don't know something they have never had a reason to know before now makes you look very small, IMO. And most of us, until 2008, had no reason to look at the land/public records just to see who was filing what and why...

The machinations that go on within these companies is very interesting to anyone who wishes to learn. If you have something constructive to contribute, we'd appreciate hearing from you. On the other hand, if all you can do is mock and belittle then I, for one, would prefer that you control the urge. As I said before... it makes you look very small minded and mean spirited (and I don't think any of us appreciate it). Or, is that just how people behave over in River Oaks? If it is... just goes to show that money doesn't make the man, LOL.
