I have leased mineral rights approximatetly 3.5 SW of the Kardell well....what effects, if any, can I expect in the coming months?

Thanks for the post jffree1. I am certainly a landowner that knew nothing before 2008. Thanks to this site I have learned a lot. I still have a lot to learn and do appreciate educational information.
Yes, thank you... I too, know very little and often feel like I am walking barefoot through a field of cowpies... having them thrown at me does not help with my educational experience. For those who do offer insight and experience for us to feed on... "Thank you!"

Blackstone is a major mineral owner in East Texas, they own most of the minerals under timber company lands. They often lease to a subsidiary company and participate in units.
Any adult on this site is good at what they do to support them selves.

No one is good at everything, that is what friends neighbors are for.
