Talked to neighbor this week and was told he talked to survey crew at his property line. They say survey was for new pad and road to new site. This would be about 5 miles east of San Augustine, about 3 miles south on FM 2785 from Hwy 353.
Anyone heard anything about this one? I drove by there and some road widening has occurred.
Question- Do they normally build pad before permit or after permit?
