The worst I've experienced so far - we're still waiting on royalties from Cabot production back to February 09 from property in Shelby county. Cabot's title research has either been a phony time killing ruse, and/or they are truly incompetent. Our lawyer has been polite so far, but our patience is very, very close to our limits.
The lease agreement should have required them to begin production payments no longer than 90 days after initial sales.
