Landowners in the area around Berean Baptist Temple, Mansfield Road, Shreveport supposedly signed for $12,700 bonus, not sure of royalty.

Not my house, a business location just off mansfield road. I live off Ellerbe Road and that offer is substantially more.

where is berean baptist? is it close to s28-t13n-r12w? i live in tx and am not sure what community our property is in, however, it is old family land. if anybody can tell me if they have had offers better than $5000 please let me know or how to contact xto,chk,pertohawk. can be reached at ljackson1244@yahoo.com. thanks a bunch

BEAREAN BAPTIST IS ON MANSFIELD ROAD. THE AREA I THINK YOU ARE SPEAKING OF IS FOUNTAINBLEAU ESTATES. WE HAVE NOT SIGNED ANYTHING AS OF YET. THE LAST OFFER WAS FOR 12,500 WITH 25% ROYALTIES. WE ARE STILL NOGOIATING TO GET MORE THAN 12,500. HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE MORE, BUT I'M SURE IT WON'T BE LESS.

Are you negotiating outside of the group? I was in the group that received the $12,500 offer too and have been watching this site regularly. Is our group renegotiating?
