Anyone have any information on any wells that are either already pumping or are being drilled in the south part of this area? Specifically in the sections that I have land in - Sec 28, 29, 32, 33. They have already surveyed for a large 10 acre drill pad on our property but have not started on it, but plan to either at the end of July or sometime in August. There is lots of bulldozer work going on in the adjacent property in section 31. Any information in this area would be apprecaited.

Anything happening around Stewart Rd and St Peters Rd?
Was up at the camp the weekend of July 24th and the pad looked to be waiting on rocks. No activity on the pad and only one big earth mover left. Looks like they are waiting on rocks and then they are set. Talked to a few people around the area and they hadn't heard anything yet.
Well I have checked the well on sonris Rocking G Farms 31H, drilling and seems to be stuck at aprx 9900 ft for the last 3-4 weeks, and Rocking G Farms 30H, waiting on a rig for about 4-5 weeks. SInce Sonris has not been updated, does anyone have any news in the last 1-2 weeks?
Anyone drive by these wells and have anything of interest they could share?

Thanks!
Pelican,
Here's what my records show for the southern half of 11-12:

SWEPI/EnCana has units in secs: 19, 20, 22, 23, 25, 27-33
Chesapeake has units in secs: 21, 26
Petrohawk has units in secs: 35, 36
XTO has sec 34.

Permits have been filed in secs: 19, 21, 22, 23, 26, 30, 31, 36

Drilling has begun in secs:19, 21, 23, 26

No completions to my knowledge. The nearest completions are in the secs 7 and 9 of 11-12 (Chesapeake) and secs 7 and 8 of 10-12 (SWEPI/EnCana).

I could have minor errors in my records, but they are close to being correct and up to date.
Henry,

Any work on sec 15 Blackstone Ivey well #239011. Last entry on sonris was June 2009 (Flowback). We make it down twice a year and saw the new plant built between the two locations.
WVLO,
Sorry, but I only know what I can glean from sonris.

Note: Right after I posted the data from my records, I saw that Sec 24 in 11-12 was unitized by CHK.
Do you have any updates on well #241342, S25 (36) - T11N-R12W? The lastest information on Sonris, dated 8/6, is that they are still drilling.
Marilyn,

Smith Bits STATS reported on 9/10/2010: DRILLING, Keen Energy Services, LLC Rig # 40, ROCKING G FARMS 36 H #1, S/N 241342, Petrohawk, DeSoto S25-T11N-R12W, Brushy Bayou, Spud 7/26/2010
Thanks for the information. I wonder why they have been drilling so long? I thought they only drilled a well for 30 to 40 days, and they have been at it since 7/25.
Marilyn,

Drilling time is improving, but 30 to 40 days would be kinda rushing it. Average drilling time (with no set backs) is 55 - 65 days.
And the further south wells are drilled the deeper their TVD, formation pressure and temperatures. I know the industry likes to tout how they have reduced their drilling cost by drilling faster but I wouldn't be concerned until a well surpasses 70 days drilling. Some have and they are good wells. Patience.
I heard that Rocking G 31H lateral is done, now they sliding the over to 30H. Then they will 'complete' them at the same time. What is involved in 'completing'? Is it possible to 'complete' at the same time?
