does anyone know if plum creek timber company has been approached to lease their land in union parish or the surrounding areas?
good question!! somebody answer us.......judy
any new news
i guess everybody's all signed up, as there isn't anything going on on this page. heard they are drilling in claiborne parish.
I believe you hit the nail on the head. I have leased my land so I am just waiting to see if they drill and if the wells are good ones.
I am glad to here you guys leased. No one has contacted me yet around Marion.
Judy,

I looked on sonris and I didn't see any smk horizontal wells being drilled in Claiborne parish. Now this is assuming that all the leasing in nw union parish is part of the brown dense leasing which I suspect it is since there is so much acreage getting leased in an area that hasn't seen any action like this since the 70s. The only horizontal brown dense well I know about so far is the Bussey well in Columbia county Arkansas.
what are the leases going for around Bernice and northeast of Bernice? Thanks
I have been offered 300/acre 18% 4/4 so far but I think there are others who have had better offers.
I was offered 300/acre 1/5 royalty 4/4 by pinebelt. WHAT YA'LL THINK?
you done good. so did we.
