prices for oil and gas leases in union parish?
is $125/acre with a 1/6 interest in production on a large tract laughable? have recently had this offer

Judy,
I looked on sonris and I didn't see any smk horizontal wells being drilled in Claiborne parish. Now this is assuming that all the leasing in nw union parish is part of the brown dense leasing which I suspect it is since there is so much acreage getting leased in an area that hasn't seen any action like this since the 70s. The only horizontal brown dense well I know about so far is the Bussey well in Columbia county Arkansas. -
