So does this mean that they have already drilled a well, or that they plan to drill? 

 

Krystal, there is no Haynesville Shale well yet permitted to be completed in Section 25.  The following well is proposed to have a surface location in Section 25 but will be drilled into and produced from Section 24.  So only the mineral owners in Section 24 will share in the production.

Isn't this the section on which both Petrohawk and Chesapeake applied for unit applications?  I have no idea how it was resolved.
Chesapeake and Exxon Mobil both have applications pending for Section 33.  I have 25 as a Petrohawk unit, Docket #10-946 from the Sept. 14 hearing date approved as Field Order 501-G-29 of the Converse Field.
