Call Chesapeake or go online and request a user name and password. Once you have done that, you can download the direct deposit form. You can also check your revenue statement every month as well as all previous statements. You can also e-mail them queries (as I did yesterday) to help solve problems.
The wells decline in volume as time goes on but before you consider selling, know that the long-term plan is to drill an additional 7 wells per section.
