Sonris shows Chesapeake received a permit on 9/14/2010 to drill a HA well Serial No. 242013 in Section 5 of T9N-R12W.  I am out of state and would very much appreciate any updates or activity pertaining to this permit.

Thanks Ken,  Are you getting any rain water to fill your pond?  Sonris still don't show any change in status for 242013, so I guess they are waiting for water to frac before taking any action.
Not a heck of a lot. Have heard of occasions of hauling water to ponds to frac. but it might be a month or two. Same story on hwy. 171...nothing yet. Know the feeling of getting a little antsy though.
Antsy is right, but I understand due to the lack of water.  With Toledo Bend being so low, they probably cannot haul water from there either.  If the dought continue much longer they may have to use gas to frac the wells, but maybe, just maybe, their will be a good rain event this weekend.  Good luck with your interest and thanks for the updates.

Happy New Year everyone!

Are their any news on the status of 242013 located in section 5, T9N-R12W.  The last update I received was on 12/21/10 that the rig has been moved.  I assume that drilling is complete but on hold to frac due to the lack of water.  LET IT RAIN, LET IT RAIN.

Waltcop, something brewing over there. Rumor water coming from red river. Will get back!
Thanks Ken......thought you and my nephew may have had some rain water in your ponds by now but guess there haven't been much runoff.  Please stay in touch, appreciate it very much.
Are they set up to frac well 242013 yet, or has anyone heard what is up with this well?  Sonris Lite has not shown an update since posting "Waiting On Completion" dated 1/7/2010 (should be 1/7/2011).

You will probably be receiving royalties before the well status changes on Sonris.  Just my experience on my 2 wells.

Waltcop they are in and out over there, had a crane over the well bore but I do not think they have fracked yet. We may have to take out a signature loan with our good friend Jack Blake.
What is the well spacing for the HA RA SUSS unit?   Are more wells than the SN 242013 permitted in this unit?   If so, what is the experience with Chesapeake drilling multiple wells in the same unit?    Thanks.
80 acre spacing is the standard for all HA units.  Chesapeake is the only major HS company not drilling alternate unit wells.  One and done to HBP.
thanks for the quick response.
