The Mina Well No. 2 will be drilled four miles northwest of Maydelle in the East Texas Field. TX Lone Star Operating will drill this well to 4,900 feet in the C. Edminston Survey, A-264.
Freestone County
XTO Energy will drill the Worthy "A" Gas Unit Well No. 9 and the C. A. Newsom Estate Well No. 47 in the Freestone (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field.
The No. 9 well will hit 13,700 feet 2.8 miles northwest of Donie in the J.L. Chavert Survey, A-10.
The No. 47 well will hit 13,500 feet 2.7 miles northwest of Donie in the C.C. Cobb survey.
The Sartor Gas Unit Well No. 7 will be drilled to 12,800 feet 2.5 miles south of Teague in the Teague (Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated) Field. The well is in the M.L. Lazaras Survey, A-397 and may be drilled in the Teague (Pettit B) Field or the Teague (Travis Peak) Field.
Gregg County
Harleton Oil & Gas will drill the J.M. Haynes Well No. 45A to 8,000 feet 2.2 miles east of Gladewater in the Willow Springs (Pettit) Field. This well is in the G.A. Thomason Survey, A-200.
Houston County
The Blair A Well No. 1 and the Reveille Well No. 1 will be drilled by Navidad Resources in a wildcat field.
The Blair A Well No. 1 well will hit 13,200 feet 11.4 miles southwest of Lovelady in the G. Badillo Survey, A-4.
The Reveille Well No. 1 will hit 10,000 feet 3.1 miles northeast of Weldon in the J.A. Aughinbough Survey, A-2.
Block T Operating will drill the Douglass-Black Heirs Well No. 1 to 12,000 feet 16.9 miles southwest of Crockett in a wildcat field in the I. Lopez Survey, A-50. The well may be drilled in the Fort Trinidad (Buda, Dexter, Glen Rose, Edwards, Glen Rose-D-, or Upper Glen Rose) Fields, or the East (Georgetown) Field.
Johnson County
In a lease 9.8 miles southwest of Cleburne in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field John Edward King Well No. 17H and No. 18H will be drilled by Devon Energy to 9,000 feet in the L.S. Hinard Survey, A-433.
Chesapeake Operating will drill the Blair Well No. 1H to 9,000 feet within the city limits of Keene in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. The well is in the J. Mackey Survey, A-589.
Leon County
The Gail King Well Mo.57HR will be drilled to 18,500 feet 5.7 miles northwest of Jewett in the Bear Grass (Cotton Valley Consolidated) Field by XTO Energy. The well is in the M.C. Rejon Survey, A-19.
Nacogdoches County
EOG Resources will drill the Badders Family Unit Well No. 1H to 14,200 feet .7 miles southeast of Chireno in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the J.A. Survey, A-17.
Exco Operating will drill the Gomez SU B Well No. 1H to 15,500 feet six miles southwest of Chireno in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This is in the J. Gomez Survey, A-227.
Panola County
The Lazarine GU 2 Well No. 1H will hit 9,600 feet 11.7 miles west of Carthage in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. Indigo Minerals will drill this well in the J. Lindley Survey, A-416.
Valence Operating will drill the Sterrett Well No. 22 in the Carthage (Cotton Valley) Field. This well will be drilled 3.1 miles northeast of Beckville in the D. Morris Survey, A-463 to 12,000 feet.
San Augustine County
XTO Energy will drill the Sooners DU Well No. 1H to 19,000 feet 3.7 miles southeast of Chireno in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field in the A. Gray Survey, A-640.
In a lease 3.1 miles northwest of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field, SM Energy will drill the Byrd Well No. 1H to 14,000 feet in the E. Quirk Survey, A-35.
EOG Resources will drill the Teal Unit Well No. 1H to 14,500 feet 6.7 miles southeast of San Augustine in the Carthage (Haynesville Shale) Field. This well is in the S. Loyd Survey, A-458.
Tarrant County
The Fannin Farms A Unit Well No. 7H will be drilled by Carrizo Oil & Gas in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field to 9,000 feet within the city limits of Arlington. The well is in the W.W. Warnell Survey, A-1612.
Chesapeake Operating will drill 11 wells in the East Newark Field to 9,000 feet.
The Colby Well No. 6H is 4.6 miles southeast of Arlington in the J. O'Daniel Survey, A-1186.
The Claneco A Well No. 2H is within the city limits of Fort Worth in the T.K. Hamby Survey, A-815.
The Hallmark West Well No. 4H is within the city limits of Fort Worth in the J. Asbury Survey, A-47.
The Moho Well No. 3H, the No. 4H, No. 5H, No. 6H, No. 7H and the Moho Well No. 8H are within the city limits of Fort Worth in the A. Newton Survey, A-1161.
The Edgecliff C Well No. 2H is within the city limits of Fort Worth in the G. Hernandez Survey, A-753.
The Garrett Unit Well No. 6H is within the city limits of Arlington in the A. Newton Survey, A-1161.
The W.O. Boaz Well No. 23H and the W.O. Boaz Well No. 24H will be drilled to 9,000 feet two miles northwest of Blue Mound in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field by Devon Energy. These wells are in the MEP&P RR Co. Survey, A-1129.
Newark Energy will drill the Cobra Unit Well No. 23H to 9,500 feet within the city limits of Grand Prairie in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field. This well is in the M.K. Selvidge Survey, A-1423.
XTO Energy will drill the Meacham Well No. W19H and the Mira Vista Unit Well No. A 2H in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field to 12,000 feet.
The No. 19H is within the city limits of Fort Worth in the W.B. Tucker Survey, A-1516.
The No. A 2H is within the city limits of Benbrook in the J.A. Dunham Survey, A-409.
Chesapeake Operating will drill seven wells in the East Newark (Barnett Shale) Field to 9,000 feet.
The Lancaster Well No. 1H is within the city limits of Fort Worth in the S.G. Jennings Survey, A-843.

COMPLETIONS
Freestone County
The XTO Energy completed the McMichael "B" Unit Well No. 5 in the Teague Field. This well hit 12,415 feet 1.6 miles southwest of Fairfield and on 24/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.967 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.
Harrison County
NFR Energy completed the Waldron Mary Deep GU Well No. 2H to 15,750 feet five miles west of Darco in the Carthage Field. On a 22-64 inch choke the well potentialed 7.952 million cubic feet of gas in the Haynesville Shale.
The Abney 1215 Well No. 10H was completed by Devon Energy to 15,390 feet in the Waskom Field. This well potentialed 8.955 million cubic feet of gas on a 52/64-inch choke. Production is in the Cotton Valley.
On a 20/64-inch choke the Bo Furrh Gas Unit Well No. 1 potentialed 972,000 cubic feet of gas. Penn Virginia Oil & Gas completed this well to 10,314 feet 2.8 miles of Elysian Field in the North Carthage Field. Production is in the Cotton Valley.
Jasper County
The Arco Fee Unit A-241 Well No. 1RE was completed by Enervest Operating to 16,420 feet four miles northwest of Harrisburg in the Brookeland Field. On a 48/64-inch choke the well potentialed 57,000 cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Austin Chalk, 8800.
Johnson County
The East Newark Field has seen Chesapeake Operating completed seven new wells.
The Dixie Ruth Well No. 7H hit 11,185 feet 6.5 miles northwest of Cleburne and potentialed 2.634 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.
The Manuel Labor Well No. 6H hit 10,080 feet 6.9 miles northwest of Cleburne and potentialed 2.961 million cubic feet of gas on a .75-inch choke.
The Deann Well No. 2H hit 10,266 feet within the city limits of Cleburne and potentialed 5.139 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
The HF Meadows Well No. 2H hit 9,913 feet 11.7 miles north of Cleburne and potentialed 2.090 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
The HF Meadows Well No. 3H hit 9,642 feet 11.7 miles north of Cleburne and potentialed 2.235 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
The HF Meadows Well No. 4H hit 9,404 feet and potentialed 2.154 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
The Little Hoss 3 Well No. L 3H hit 10,376 feet 15.7 miles northwest of Cleburne and potentialed 2.073 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
Devon Energy completed five new wells in the East Newark Field.
The Mannings 4M Farm Well No. 3H hit 11,585 feet 10.5 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 3.823 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke.
The Mannings 4M Farm Well No. 4H hit 11,507 feet 10.5 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 2.608 million cubic feet of gas on a 28/64-inch choke.
The Mannings 4M Farm Well No. 6H hit 11,515 feet 10.4 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 2.846 million cubic feet of gas on a 34/64-inch choke.
The Mannings 4M Farm Well No. 7H hit 11,752 feet 10.5 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 1.992 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke.
The Mannings 4M Farm Well No. 8H hit 12,100 feet 10.5 miles northeast of Cleburne and potentialed 1.506 million cubic feet of gas on an open choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
Leon County
The Alabama Ferry Field has seen Buffco Production complete the Downie Well No. 1 to 10,745 feet 6.7 miles east of Middleton. This well flowed with five barrels of crude. No choke size was recorded. Production is in the Glenrose "D" formation.
Gastar Exploration Texas completed the Gastar Williams Well No. 2 to 8,825 feet 6.9 miles northwest of Ridge in the Hilltop Resort Field. The well flowed with 53 barrels of crude, no choke size recorded. Production is in the Glen Rose 8489 formation.
On a 32/64-inch choke the Betts Gas Unit Well No. 1 potentialed 259,000 cubic feet of gas. BRG Lone Star completed this well to 10,550 feet 1.6 miles west of Jewett in the Bear Grass Field. Production is in the Travis Peak.
Limestone County
The Burleson-McBay Well No. 7H was completed by Devon Energy in the Freestone Field. This well hit 14,441 feet eight miles southeast of Groesbeck. On a 34/64-inch choke the well potentialed 5.639 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.
XTO Energy completed the Gilliam "B" No. 1 Gas Unit Well No. 22 to 12,877 feet 12.8 miles east of Groesbeck in the Freestone Field. On an 18/64-inch choke the well potentialed 1.212 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Cotton Valley-Bossier Consolidated.
Nacogdoches County
EnerQuest completed the Beech Creek Unit Well No. 4 in the North Trawick Field. This well hit 9,000 feet 6.8 miles northeast of Cushing. On a 14/64-inch choke, the well potentialed 900,000 cubic feet of gas in the Travis Peak.
The Sunshine GU 1 Well No. 1H is 18.5 miles east of Nacogdoches in the Carthage Field. Samson Lone Star completed this well to 19,289 feet. On a 18/64-inch choke the well potentialed 14.399 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
Panola County
Glassell Producing completed the Panola Development Company Well No. 13 to 6,950 feet eight miles northeast of Carthage. The well potentialed 228,000 cubic feet of gas on an adjustable choke. Production is in the Travis Peak.
The Carthage Field has seen the Allison Unit Well No. 26H completed by Devon Energy to 15,930 feet four miles northeast of Carthage. On an adjustable choke the well potentialed 4.539 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
On a 22/64-inch choke the CGU 16 Well No. 21HH potentialed 4.882 million cubic feet of gas. Anadarko E&P completed this well to 15,380 feet 4.7 miles northwest of Carthage in the Carthage Field. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
XTO Energy completed the New Horizons Well No. R1H to 16,377 feet 8.6 miles northeast of Beckville in the Carthage Field. This well potentialed 10.324 million cubic feet of gas on a 20/64-inch choke. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
Robertson County
The Biggs No. 1 Gas Unit Well No. 16 was completed by XTO Energy 17.1 miles northeast of Franklin in the Bald Prairie Field. On a 14/64-inch choke the well potentialed 933,000 feet. Production is in the Cotton Valley Consolidated.
San Augustine County
EXCO Operating completed the Red River 365 B Well No. 2H, the Red River 620 B Well No. 1 and the Black Stone Unit A-17 Well No. 1H in the Carthage Field.
The No. 2H well is 6.7 miles northeast of Attoyac and hit 19,839 feet. On a 20/64-inch choke the well potentialed 18.071 million cubic feet of gas.
The No. 1 well hit 17,213 feet 6.1 miles northeast of Attoyac and potentialed 5.594 million cubic feet of gas on a 14/64-inch choke.
The No. 1H well hit 19,300 feet 8.8 miles south of San Augustine and potentialed 10.464 million cubic feet of gas on a 18/64-inch choke.
Production is in the Haynesville Shale.
On a 18/64-inch choke the Clark Well No. 1H potentialed 104.761 million cubic feet of gas. SM Energy completed this well to 19,220 feet. No location was recorded. Production is in the Haynesville Shale.

Shelby County
On a 48/64-inch choke the Haley Well No. 1 potentialed 10,000 cubic feet of gas. Unit Petroleum completed this well to 11,800 feet six miles northwest of Center in the Bobo South Field in the James formation.
Tarrant County
Chesapeake Operating completed the Lilly Well No. 3H, the Duck Lake Well No. 13H, the Rengency West Well No. 2H, the Regency Well No. 3H and the Regency Well No. 1H in the Newark, East Field.
The Lilly Well No. 3H hit 11,213 feet 1.8 miles southeast of Kennedale. On a 1-inch choke the well potentialed 1.457 million cubic feet of gas.
The Duck Lake Well No. 13H hit 10,487 feet three miles east of Fort Worth. On a .75-inch choke the well potentialed 3.589 million cubic feet of gas.
The Regency West Well No. 2H hit 14,444 feet 2.1 miles southeast of Mansfield and potentialed 7.353 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
The Regency Well No. 3H hit 14,188 feet 2.1 miles southeast of Mansfield and potentialed 4.537 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke.
The Regency Well No. 1H hit 12,845 feet 2.1 miles southeast of Mansfield and potentialed 4.053 million cubic feet of gas on a 1-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
The East Newark Field has seen XTO Energy complete four wells.
The DWG Unit Well No. 1H hit 14,680 feet within the city limits of DW Gardens and potentialed 4.702 million cubic feet of gas on a 22/64-inch choke.
The Elkins Unit Well No. 2H hit 13,162 feet within the city limits of DW Gardens and potentialed 4.724 million cubic feet of gas on a 24/64-inch choke.
The Regan Arlington A Unit Well No. 2H hit 12,531 feet 12.1 miles east of Fort Worth and potentialed 4.132 million cubic feet of gas on a 28/48-inch choke.
The Edwards Overland NW E Unit Well No. 3H hit 11,290 feet within the city limits of Fort Worth and potentialed 5.054 million cubic feet of gas on a 64/64-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
Devon Energy completed the Hyde-Hickman "F" Well No. 3 to 10,030 feet 1.8 miles northwest of White Settlement in the East Newark Field. On an open choke the well potentialed 2.286 million cubic feet of gas. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
Carrizo Oil & Gas completed eight wells in the East Newark Field.
The Teegarden Unit "A" Well No. 3H hit 12,090 feet two miles northwest of Mansfield and potentialed 3.694 million cubic feet of gas on a 27/64-inch choke.
The Teegarden Unit "B" Well No. 4H hit 11,803 feet two miles northwest of Mansfield and potentialed 3.628 million cubic feet of gas on a 28/64-inch choke.
The Uta "B" Unit Well No. 10H hit 13,100 feet within the city limits of Arlington and potentialed 3.073 million cubic feet of gas on a 18/64-inch choke.
The Uta "B" Unit Well No. 12H hit 11,640 feet within the city limits of Arlington and potentialed 2.407 million cubic feet of gas on a 18/64-inch choke.
The Uta "B" Unit Well No. 13H hit 13,145 feet within the city limits of Arlington and potentialed 3.033 million cubic feet of gas on a 18/64-inch choke.
The Campuzano Unit Well No. 12H hit 10,907 feet 3.4 miles northwest of Mansfield and poten-tialed 2.882 million cubic feet of gas on a 42/64-inch choke.
The Jordan Unit Well No. 10H hit 10,158 feet 3.4 miles northwest of Mansfield and potentialed 3.613 million cubic feet of gas on a 40/64-inch choke.
The Uta "B" Unit Well No. 9H hit 12,864 feet within the city limits of Arlington and potentialed 3.244 million cubic feet of gas on a 20/64-inch choke. Production is in the Barnett Shale.
Chesapeake Operating has completed three additional wells in the East Newark Field.
The LA Well No. 1H hit 11,593 feet 3.4 miles west of Everman and potentialed 1.281 million cubic feet of gas on a 75-inch choke.
The Hart Well No. 2H hit 13,210 feet 4.2 miles southeast of Arlington and potentialed 5.379 million cubic feet of gas on a 1300-inch choke.
