Cindy, I received a check for $3.19, which was sent as a certified letter.  I talked to them today and they said that they check is for shut in until they get the well tied in.

Jeri, I called them as well and they told me they are waiting to put the pipe lines down for production. She also, said it could take up to 6 months for the pipe lines to be installed.

Read in 4-28-2011 press release 1st Quarter 2011 filing where Southwestern announced that they have a purchase and sale agreement  effective 1-1-2011 for deep rights Haynesville-Bossier for wells and leases in San Augustine, Shelby and Sabine counties for a planned closing in the second quarter of 2011 which would include this well.  The sale is for 9700 net acres and wells in that acreage with a purchase price of $85MM.

Do you know what tracts has been purchased?

The 8K filing on their website only says it covers 9700 net acres/wells in Shelby and San Augustine (also small part in Sabine counties).  I would think it would include the Southwestern Energy operated wells and any undrilled acreage :
