Permalink Reply by Les Bamburg on December 11, 2011 at 9:04 Cole, "complete" means the well has been drilled and fracture stimulated. Generally an operator will move a coiled tubing unit on location and drill out the plugs between each frac stage when they are ready to place the well on production.
You could contact Chesapeake or the Louisiana Dept of Conservation to get additional information.
