Has anyone drilled in North Fannin County Texas? There are oil wells a few miles from my home here in north Fannin County
And I thought there would be oil here where I live, we have no rocks here just sand and clay also
We get sink holes here as well. Any info on this area would be greatly appreciated.

Brenda,

There is some activity in Fannin County. Do you know the survey name where your mineral interest is located?

Is there not activity in Grayson County, within a few miles of the Fannin line, between Sherman and Bonham?

I live in the BF Neighbors abstract area in north Fannin County TX, 7 miles north of Bonham by Ravenna. Yes there

are wells in Bells next to me and in Grayson County some new ones drilled by Viking Drilling on the east side.

I noted the completion off of Hwy 82 just short of Sherman, on the north side of the highway, practically off of the exit! Very convenient. So Texas.
