Cat equipment arrived yesterday in Pennington to start road for pad. 3.5 inches of rain last night halted this action. Hopeful for the end of the week. Still looking for drilling permit to be posted.

Those XTO / Exxon people sure destroyed some fine pocket gopher habitat. The whole pasture is covered in mounds.

Good thing they aren't on any "endangered" list (yet).

What do they teach you in Kindergarten--say please and thank you.

PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

Should be seeing a yellow and white derrick on the horizon shortly. Scan Texas shows to be rigging up today on Abbry Road.

Here are some XTO Abbey Road pics

Vernon

I appreciate these more than I can tell you.

Yes Vernon GOOD SHOW ------  I am ENVIOUS  of "SNOOPY"

Ask and ye shall receive, huh???  Thanks so much! Havent been by to see it but heard the Abbey Road road took a beating when the wagon train moved in.

Have a couple of new Webb Shannon and Hass/XTO land men in the area and doing some calling---dont know why they change so much. They claim the leasing is moving west--they are tying up some unleased acreage on all three Pennington sites- offering $350 per acre lst offer.

Thanks Vernon and Snoopy, aka Red Baron. Even if our lease isn't with XTO or  in this part of the county, We can still appreciate the pictures and the time it took for "Snoopy" to get them. Like getting a birdseye view.

Snoopy has been very generous with his photos.  Here are a few that he "shot" of the Revolver.
