"But it's a three-year drilling program we'll have here in the Brown Dense."

In relation to the jv? Does that mean they will only have the jv for 3 yrs? Are they going to share royalties for 3 yrs? I wouldn't think they stop drilling after 3 years if they are making economic wells.

This is just a common O&G operator phrase indicating that it will take them three years of drilling to get to a certain point in time - probably tied to a perceived optimum understanding of the play.

This 3 year plan may be what the operator thinks is the time needed to drill enough well to get all the key acreage HBP (held by production)

Did they mention the number of rigs that they will be using in this plan?

It will take more than two rigs drilling in a 3yr period to drill one well per unit in the so called high pressure region if that is their plan?

Where is the pressure region in general?

The boundaries has not been defined but so far all the union parish wells have been considered high pressure.
