Boline Road, a gentleman took 12,500, he is right over the parish line in Sabine on Strahan Road. I'd not take 7,500

has the gentleman got the $12,500 or just been told that or maybey they signed an INTENT LETTER giving the lawyer thirty days to try and put a deal together doubling his money. . i dont understand why if a oil co. wants to lease your property why a land man cant contact the owner of property with an offer, lease and check or draft. the owner of the property could then get a lawyer of his choice to look over the lease before signing. the lawyer could then be paid for his services instead of getting a percent of the deal and or royality.

I believe XTO is the company offering $12,500 - $12,900 in 10/10. It is my understanding they do not offer letters of intent.

I'm in 10/10 and was offered 12,500 by XTO through my attorney. Nothing in wrting thus far. Has any land south of Messanger been leased or south NAt. parish?

Don't have a clue who T and R is???? Turner is a big name is gas wells. This shale is blanket stuff and should be the same for all landowners.

Bird, T and R refer to location of the property. T is the township and R is the range. They are leasing for 13,500 in your friends area right now. I would advise him not to accept 7500.

Does anyone have a "real" contact for someone leasing land around Bolin road/preston hayes road/many-marthaville rd for $12.5, $13.5 or $14.9? i have not been able to verify these rumors anywhere else.

Yes, David Hall is a petroleum engineer that is working with a pool I'm in. He has said I could give his phone number to others. Also, on this site, Tag Holly has an email address and is working for "Rural Lease Consultants LLC", his email is holleytag@yahoo.com. They are leasing in 10 / 10 is what I've read.

14.9 was error, it was 12.5 that l learned today.
