Really good explanation of the different factors at play that  determine an area's value and ability to produce gas. 

I am having a hard time finding "Kato" Parish on the map. LOL.

Its spelled "Catto" Parish.

Actually, its Caddo, my friend.  Pronounced Caddeaux, of course with a "short "a" on the front!
