Is any one aware of any permits or any other activity in section 28l1-12N-14W in Desoto Parish

The entire township has proven Haynesville and Bossier reserves but not only is Section 21 not developed for either, it is not even unitized for the Haynesville as far as I know. Nothing on my maps provides a clue why this is. I don't show any faults or any surface features that would make development difficult. In cases like this, I tend to think there is a title problem, ownership dispute or a mineral owner with very large acreage holdings that refuses to lease.
